Pastor & Head of Staff
As I child, I really wanted God to like me and I feared that I wasn't good enough for Him.  During  high school, I attended church camp. It was there that I realized I was sinner in need of God's grace. I prayed to God, admitting my sin, accepting His death on the cross for my sin, and asking Him to guide my life. I have lived here in Stockton all my life graduating from Delta and UOP, and eventually getting a Master's in Bible and Theology.  It was during a mission trip that I met Bev, who became my wife,  Our two daughters were born right here in Stockton.  I have served the Lord locally in a couple of churches and as a high school Bible Teacher.  I love encouraging other people, sharing the Word of God, watching sports, eating Mexican food and spaghetti, spending time with our family and going on walks with our grandkids. Philippians 1:6 is the prayer of my life and it says, "For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ." 

Justin Linschied

Assistant Pastor
Justin was born and raised in Stockton where he went to Colonial Heights Elementary School and graduated from Lincoln High School.  Justin graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies, then attended Biola University’s Talbot School of Theology where he graduated with his Master of Divinity with an emphasis in Pastoral Ministry. He previously served as a pastor in Los Angeles and as a Youth Pastor in Escalon at Heritage Church.  Justin is excited to be in his hometown of Stockton, serving the church and community as Lincoln’s Assistant Pastor. He is married to Alyssa who graduated from U.C. Davis and is a Registered Dietician at Sutter Memorial Hospital in Modesto.  They currently have one beloved daughter named Jane. 

Heidi Verheyden

Director of Children's & Family Ministries
I was born and raised in Stockton where I graduated from Jim Elliot Christian High School. After high school, I graduated from Corban University in Salem, Oregon with a degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education and minored in Biblical Studies. Along with a Masters' of Education in Learning and Technology from Western Governor's University in 2021. Before coming to Lincoln, I was the Program Director and Guest Group Coordinator at Trout Creek Bible Camp. I also served as a leader for the Aims Community Church Youth Group in Aims, Oregon. I have a wonderful husband Eric and three kids, Riley, Hunter and Emmaline. I am very passionate about connecting kids and families into deeper relationships with Jesus! I enjoy cooking, crafting, running, college sports, camping and hiking in natural scenic areas. 2 Timothy 1:7 “For God has not given us a spirit of timidity, but of power and love and discipline.”

Harry Ulep

Youth Coordinator 
When I was a senior in high school, I was invited to Lincoln to experience their youth program. Since then, I gave my life to Christ and discovered a passion to serve the Lord at the church and in the community. I graduated with a Bachelors in Religion: Biblical and Theological Studies from Liberty University in 2020.  I hope to continue my education in seminary. Developing media that helps people navigate our programs to get plugged in and deepen their walk with the Lord. Besides serving at the church, I also enjoy watching and playing sports, taking photos of beautiful scenery, meeting new people, and anything involving music. My favorite bible verse is 2 Timothy 1:7 “For God has not given us a spirit of timidity, but of power and love and discipline.”

Tom BetGeorge

Director of Music
When I was twelve years old I gave my life to Christ and haven’t looked back since. From that time on I have been studying and writing music steadily. In 2002, I received my Bachelor's Degree in Music from UC Berkeley followed by a Master's Degree in Media Writing and Production from the University of Miami in 2006. Over the years I have served in a variety of roles to include a music judge, talent coordinator, piano performer, music teacher, worship leader, and an orchestra and choir director for musicals, schools, an opera house, and of course, at church. I married my best friend, Teri, in January of 2016. We have a son named Titus and two chihuahuas. Aside from music, I have a few passions including fitness, sports (frisbee, football, and volleyball), working with youth, and nerding out with Christmas lights. Most people know me as a bit of a perfectionist – I either go big or go home in everything I do. I love Jesus and music. Putting the two together makes the best job ever!

Cheryl Pannabecker

Office Manager
I grew up in San Jose, CA, attending church regularly, but it wasn’t until high school that I began to feel God drawing me to Him through my church, and through other Christian friends. I said “Yes” to Jesus my junior year and have been walking with Him ever since. My husband Cameron and I have two children and six grandchildren. Working in a church office was something God put on my heart, and I started as an office volunteer for several years before becoming a paid staff member. I love my job and it seems to be a good fit. I enjoy playing & baking with my grandkids whenever I get the chance! My favorite verse is Psalm 46:10 "Be still & know that I am God".
