Local Outreach

LPC is committed to Making a Difference locally & globally.

Outreach starts right here at Lincoln with events for our local community.  Our goal is to give generously of all our resources: prayer, time, and finances in order to accomplish our desire to make a difference here in our community. Here is an overview of some of the annual events we provide with the goal of serving our community. Annual Events

Church wide garage sale
When: March      TIMES: 8am – 12pm

Our church partners together to donate items to be sold to our local community at our annual Church-Wide Garage Sale. All profits go to support our local outreach efforts.  This event has excellent deals, free snacks, a fun atmosphere, and it is all for a great cause. A great chance to Make A Difference.
4th OF JULY PANCAKE BREAKFAST
Sunday BEFORE THE FOURTH OF JULY

A fun, festive, and free pancake breakfast. There is music, patriotic celebration, and a great chance to connect with family and neighbors.
NATIONAL NIGHT OUT
FIRST TUESDAY IN AUGUST 6pm – 8PM

This is a fun night of community connection for our local neighborhood. We provide a BBQ, live band, games, and various booths hosted by local community service organizations. National Night Out is an event designed to bring communities together. This event is free to attend. 
TRUNK OR TREAT (OCTOBER)

A free and fun event for the whole family – Candy, food, games, entertainment, photo opportunities, and music.  This is a fun experience that also includes costumes and decorated cars. We love to connect with our local neighborhood and make them feel welcome at church. 
Thanksgiving MEAL Giveaway (NOVEMBER)
We provide Thanksgiving meal kits to our local neighborhood on the Friday before Thanksgiving.  You can be involved by donating funds to make these kits or be present on the day we distribute them. It is a joy to be generous and give! 
Christmas Light show
Evenings in December 6pm-8pm
Christmas Light show! Every weekend in December and the whole week before Christmas. Making a difference in our community by bringing the good news of the Light of Jesus to our community.

Food for You
3rd Thursday of every Month 4:00-6:00 pm

The San Joaquin County USDA Commodity Program, FOOD FOR YOU, provides free food for low income individuals in 8 community centers and 10 volunteer sites throughout the county.
