The Carpenter’s Son
The carpenter’s Son did the nailing—
but it was my list of sins He took care of.
He nailed it.
“This He set aside, nailing it to the cross.”

It wasn’t the swing of the soldier’s hammer that held Him there.
It was the strike of the Savior’s love.
So I don’t carry my guilt anymore.
The work is finished—and grace has the final word.
