“Since everything God created is good, we should not reject any of it but receive it with thanks.” 1 Timothy 4:4

Do nothing from guilt, but let grace abound,
In His sacred space, our purpose is found.
We are made to eat, to nourish and sustain,
We are made to sleep, to rest and regain.
We are made to drink of His sweetness and grace,
We are made to move with joy, not haste.
We are made to breathe in rhythm divine,
Each moment a gift, each breath a sign.
So eat well, and savor each bite,
Sleep peacefully through the still of night.
Drink deeply from God’s abundant stream,
Move with purpose, inspired by His dream.
Breathe freely, and let your spirit soar,
All for His glory, forevermore.
No apologies are needed for His design,
You are crafted by hands both holy and kind.
Connect, commune, and rest in His care,
Share life with your Maker, always aware.
Fueled by gratitude’s compelling thrill,
Living with joy, aligned to His will.
Through work and rest, through labor and play,
endeavoring to reflect His image in all our ways.
Our bodies, His temple; our lives, His art,
Created for worship with soul and heart.
So rise in His strength, embrace His call,
He is with you in triumph and near when you fall.
Rejoice in your Maker, for you are His own—
His treasured creation, you walk not alone.
